Privacy Policy

KidZone Bot is operated by Mohamed Hashad to prepare product posts and publish them to the KidZone Facebook Page after an authorized reviewer's approval. This policy applies to KidZone Bot. Hosting this document on the Premium Power domain does not make it the privacy policy for other Premium Power services.

Data and purposes

We use the authorized Facebook Page ID, access token and granted permissions to identify and publish to the Page. Facebook may display basic account information and authorized Pages during authorization. We process product images, descriptions, captions, drafts and review feedback; post IDs, publish or schedule times and request statuses to check outcomes and prevent duplicates; and authorized reviewers' Telegram account/chat IDs, messages and files to manage approvals. We also process information you choose to provide in support or deletion requests.

The current Facebook publishing workflow does not read visitors' private messages, friend lists or comments, or collect Page followers' data for advertising. The bot is an internal tool for authorized reviewers, not a children's account registration service.

Service providers

Images and captions are sent to Meta for publication, and Telegram handles exchanges with reviewers. Product images and descriptions may be processed by DeepSeek for image analysis and caption suggestions, and by OpenAI for marketing image preparation, depending on the selected workflow. Facebook access tokens are not sent to these services as product content. Each provider has its own data policies. These information pages contain no forms or tracking code added by KidZone Bot; the hosting provider may process ordinary connection logs.

Access and retention

Operational access is limited to the operator and authorized reviewers according to their permissions. Access credentials, drafts, records and files are stored in the application's operating storage. The current system has no uniform automatic deletion period. You can request deletion of your data below; our response will explain what was removed and any records or backups temporarily retained and why.

Revocation and deletion

The Page administrator can revoke the application's authorization in Facebook settings. Revocation is separate from deleting previously stored records or Facebook posts. See the data deletion instructions.
