Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your data held by KidZone Bot from its operator, Mohamed Hashad. These instructions concern the app and its integrations, not deletion of your Facebook account.

1. Revoke Facebook authorization

If you authorized KidZone Bot, open Facebook settings and find Business integrations or Apps and websites. Select KidZone Bot and remove its authorization. Section names may vary by account interface. See Facebook's instructions for controlling app publishing. Revoking authorization may stop the bot from publishing to the authorized Page.

2. Request deletion from the app

1. Email eng.mohamed.e.hashad@gmail.com with the subject KidZone Bot — Data Deletion Request.
2. Identify the account, Page or reviewer account related to your request and the data you want removed. A post URL or interaction date can help locate it.
3. We will verify your connection to the data using the minimum information needed before deleting it. Do not send passwords, access tokens or identity document images.
4. We will respond with the outcome, including the data removed and any records or backups needing further handling or temporary retention and why.

Removing authorization or app data does not automatically delete posts already on Facebook. If you also want a post removed, include its URL. We verify authority before removing posts or data belonging to another person.

If you have not authorized the app or reviewed content through it, the current Facebook publishing workflow does not collect your private messages, comments or follower data. If you believe your image or information appears in the content, send its URL so we can investigate. See the Privacy Policy for the data we use.
